Liberty Counsel: God Will Destroy America Over Obama's Treatment Of Israel
"I believe God is sending a warning to America to stop siding with Israel’s enemies. President Obama and Secretary of State Kerry are actively campaigning against the interests of the nation of Israel – our greatest ally and the only democracy in the Middle East. Prime Minister Netanyahu has become a political target to the Obama administration for speaking the truth! Barack Obama obviously does not understand the potential fallout from his administration’s dangerous actions. The Bible says that the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob – Israel’s omnipotent defender – takes very seriously all attempts to harm His people, the Jews. In the book of Joel, we read that God will ultimately judge the nations that try to divide the land of Israel – something the Obama White House has consistently proposed. And Zechariah 12:9 plainly says, 'I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.' Liberty Counsel holds that America has been blessed by God because our national policy has been favorable toward the nation of Israel since its founding in 1948. If we allow the Obama administration to subvert this policy, a price will be paid!" - Liberty Counsel head Mat Staver, in a posting to a website which has twice published columns from advocates of executing homosexuals.

John Hagee: God Will Destroy America Because Obama Isn't Meeting Netanyahu
Hagee says that Britain has been reduced from a global empire to "one tiny island because, since Edward the First, they have been and remain an anti-Semitic nation." And that will happen to America because of Obama's treatment of Israel.
PREVIOUSLY ON JMG: John Hagee says that all atheists should get out of America. John Hagee says atheism is stupid because atheists have never faith-healed anybody. John Hagee says that God killed all those people with Hurricane Katrina in order to send a warning about homosexuality. John Hagee says that Sodom and Gomorrah was only a test run for what God will do to America because of gay marriage. John Hagee calls for a preemptive nuclear strike on Iran because Jesus wants us to protect Israel. John Hagee says the Holocaust happened because Jews refuse to accept Jesus.

Netanyahu: Call Me Israel's "Bibi-Sitter"
Via the Times Of Israel:
After coming under fire for violating campaign regulations by using children in a political ad, Benjamin Netanyahu released a new campaign video on Saturday. While still riffing on the ‘children’ theme — and likening his political rivals to unqualified babysitters — the prime minister this time made sure there were no underage performers on-screen. The two Zionist Camp candidates, who are running on a joint Labor-Hatnua ticket, are currently locked in a tight race with Netanyahu’s Likud party, which, according to the most recent polls, currently leads the center-left coalition by a seat. The previous clip, which depicted Netanyahu as a responsible adult in a kindergarten class full of misbehaving children named after the leaders of various political parties, was banned by the Central Elections Committee. The video was nixed for violating campaign regulations barring parties from using children under the age of 15 in ads.

Unfortunate Photo Of The Day
Israel's Haaretz has the story:
German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a joint press conference on Tuesday in which they addressed weighty topics such as Israeli-Palestinian peace, the Iranian nuclear program and bilateral ties. Shortly afterward, their meeting was nearly eclipsed by a photograph of the two leaders attributed to Jerusalem Post photographer Marc Israel Sellem. The image began making waves on Twitter and Facebook, and made it to the top of the Drudge Report site and other international outlets by Tuesday afternoon.Twitter is going nuts.

ISRAEL: Teabaggers Meet Privately With Netanyahu Over Nuclear Accord With Iran
The Christian Post reports:
Family Research Council President Tony Perkins led seven members of Congress known for their strong ties to evangelical Christians on a nine-day swing through Israel's Holy Land earlier this month, touring the country's most important religious sites and meeting with top-level Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The trip, sponsored by the U.S. Israel Education Association with grants from several Christian and Jewish organizations, included Congressmen Robert Aderholt (R-Ala.), Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.), Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), James Lankford (R-Okla.), Mike McIntyre (D-N.C.), Ted Poe (R-Texas) and Steve Scalise (R-La.). "Mr. Netanyahu, who was delayed in joining our group because he had been on the phone with President Obama, called the agreement a 'historic mistake' and we agree. The Israeli government does not feel western solutions are the right solutions for Middle Eastern Solutions," Perkins said, in reference to lifting sanctions on Iran. The Prime Minister said Israel would not be bound by the six-month agreement made between Tehran and the U.S., also criticizing the Obama administration from keeping the negotiations a secret, even from America's closest allies.Perkins says that the United States only signed on to the deal because President Obama hopes to pass the problem along to his successor.

ISRAEL: Exit Polls Point To Narrow Re-Election For PM Netanyahu
According to exit polls taken during today's national election, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has won a third term by a very narrow margin.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu emerged the bruised winner of Israel's election on Tuesday, with his hawkish bloc unexpectedly losing ground to resurgent center-left challengers, exit polls showed. They suggested the Israeli leader's Likud party, yoked with the ultra-nationalist Yisrael Beitenu group, would still be the biggest bloc in the 120-member assembly with 31 seats, 11 fewer than the 42 they held in the previous parliament. If the exit polls compiled by three Israeli television channels prove correct, Netanyahu would be on course to secure a third term in office, perhaps leading a hardline coalition that would promote Jewish settlement on occupied land. But his weakened showing in an election he himself called earlier than necessary could complicate the struggle to forge an alliance with a stable majority in parliament. The projections showed right-wing parties with a combined strength of 61-62 seats against 58-59 for the center-left.Today's voter turnout was reported to be the highest in more than a decade.

Israeli PM Netanyahu Tells UN To Draw Red Line At Stopping Iran's Nuke Program
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the United Nations General Assembly today and used a magic marker to illustrate his demand for American intervention in Iran's nuclear program.
After ticking off the evidence that he says points to Iran's support of terrorism around the world, Netanyahu said that "given this record of Iranian aggression without nuclear weapons, just imagine Iranian aggression with nuclear weapons." And Netanyahu cast doubt on the theory that "mutual deterrence" would prevent a nuclear-armed Iran from ever using such weapons. He said it is "absurd" to suggest, "that a nuclear-armed Iran would actually stabilize the Middle East." "The hour is getting late, very late" to stop Iran from obtaining such weapons, Netanyahu warned. "We must face the truth," he added: Economic sanctions have not stopped Iran's nuclear program. What's needed, he said, is "a clear red line on Iran's nuclear weapons program." The red line that Iran must not cross, Netanyahu said, is "amassing enough enriched uranium" to produce a nuclear weapon.

Israel Goes Teabagger
Boy, does THIS sound familiar. Israel moved Sunday to deport the offspring of hundreds of migrant workers, mostly small children who were born in Israel, speak Hebrew and have never seen their parents' native countries. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the new policy was intended to stem a flood of illegal workers, whose children receive state-funded education and health-care benefits, and to defend Israel's Jewish identity. "On the one hand, this problem is a humanitarian problem," Netanyahu said during a meeting Sunday of the Cabinet, which had debated the move for nearly a year. "We all feel and understand the hearts of children. But on the other hand, there are Zionist considerations and ensuring the Jewish character of the state of Israel."Netanyahu even one-ups the teabaggers with this because the migrant workers in question are in Israel legally.
