Ann Coulter: Michelle Wants Mitt

"He was very, very bad last night. He looked depressed. He looked anemic. Those big ears poking out. The first time I watched the debate, I was mostly listening to it and Romney was killing. And then I watched it again and toward the end was actually watching it and the visual made it so much worse, Obama was depressed and looking down. You could see at the end of the debate, he knew that, anniversary or not, Michelle wanted to go home with Mitt." - Ann Coulter, speaking on Fox & Friends.

Bill Donohue: Adopt An Atheist

"Approximately 80 percent of Americans are Christian, and 96 percent celebrate Christmas. Of the 20 percent who are not Christian, non-believers make up the largest segment, though the number of self-identified atheists is tiny. Today we are launching our 'Adopt An Atheist' campaign, the predicate of which is, 'We want atheists to realize that there may be Christians in their community, even if those Christians don’t even know they are Christian.' If we hurry, these closeted Christians can celebrate Christmas like the rest of us. As an added bonus, they will no longer be looked upon as people who believe in nothing, stand for nothing and are good for nothing." - Catholic League blowhard Bill Donohue, asking his followers to troll atheist websites and offer to adopt people.

SPECIAL JMG HOLIDAY MESSAGE: Fuck you, Bill Donohue. Fuck you right in your motherfucking ear.

Sen. Ruben Douchebag: I Am Going To Have All Of NY's Gay Marriages Annulled

Yesterday Sen. Ruben Diaz promised to launch a lawsuit to annul all of New York's same-sex marriages
Thousands of protesters rallied in several cities around the state, a signal that the long fight for recognition may not be over just yet. State Sen. Ruben Diaz, a minister who was the sole Democrat to vote against gay marriage when the Legislature approved it, told a crowd near the United Nations that he and other opponents would try to get Sunday’s marriages annulled, saying judges broke the law by waiving the 24-hour waiting period without a good reason. “We’re going to show them next week that everything they did today was illegal,” he said, speaking in Spanish.

Quote Of The Day - Brian Brown

"We've already met the first victims of this new gay marriage regime. Town clerks, charged with a duty to issue and record marriage licenses, are faced with a stark choice: give up stable employment in the midst of a troubled job market, or give up their religious convictions about marriage. Two clerks have already resigned; others have been warned that failure to comply with the new law could land them in jail. Who will the next victims be? A wedding photographer or owner of a reception hall? Parents of public school children who object to curriculum changes this fall? How long before the new law impacts you and your family? The answer from Albany is clear: We couldn't care less." - NOM president Brian Brown, in a blog post announcing the four locations of their anti-gay hate rallies.

Asshat Of The Day - Sam Trombley

"I'm surprised the health department has not come out against this because we are going to have an HIV epidemic if this passes. They (health department) are always complaining about tobacco and smoking, I'm surprised they didn't say anything about this. You don't see two male dogs sleeping in the same dog house together. It blows my mind to think of it." - Clinton County GOP legislator Sam Trombley, who has a big future in New York state Republican politics.

Today In Hilarious Hypocrisy

This week Porno Pete paid for a full-page ad in the Washington Times denouncing fellow conservatives for allowing GOProud to attend CPAC. Ignore all THAT. Actually, it's "hateful rad gay lefties" that don't want conservatives talking with gays. Whatever works in the name of feeding Petey's new love affair with the homocons at Gay Patriot, who enthusiastically tweeted back "TRUTH! LOL!" Just so we're clear, Peter LaBarbera can take out full page ads against you, but if anybody else doesn't like you too, they're "hateful radical lefties." OK, then.

Illinois Family Institute: It's A Tragic Day (To Be A Hate Group) In Illinois

"We are very disappointed that the Illinois General Assembly succumbed to emotional manipulation instead of reasoned justifiable evidence regarding the government's recognition of the public purpose of marriage. Proponents engaged in embarrassing and maudlin displays of sentimentality intended to emotionally manipulate rather than intellectually persuade their colleagues. Illinois is now among the unfortunate minority of states with legalized civil unions.

"The state has the dubious honor of being not only one of the most politically corrupt states in America, but also one with a dearth of wise and courageous leaders. Even when four state representatives argued deceitfully from the floor that this bill was needed to assure hospital visits for homosexual partners, not one conservative representative made clear that on April 15, 2010 President Obama issued an executive order mandating hospital visitation for same sex partners that applies to any hospital that receives Medicare or Medicaid funds, which is virtually every hospital. Today is not merely a sad day; it's a tragic day for Illinois" - David Smith, executive douchenozzle of the SPLC-designated hate group, the Illinois Family Institute, deceitfully failing to mention that the IFI also opposed the above-mentioned hospital mandate.

HomoQuotable - B. Daniel Blatt

"Walker’s ruling, however, is not a policy brief, but a judicial decision striking down a popular provision in the California Constitution stipulating that the state only recognize unions between one man and one woman as 'marriages.' With his decision, the judge prevented the people from settling the controversial issue of how states could recognize same-sex couples and personally assuming the responsibility for determining how the state may regulate the unions it recognizes as married.

"To be sure, he makes a good case for gay marriage, but a lousy one for usurping the power from the people to decide this issue. In this sense, his ruling becomes a political boon for the GOP — as it can tie his decision to the increasing sense that our governing bodies (e.g., Congress and the various bureaucracies it has created) are disregarding the popular will as they make laws and set policy." - Gay Patriot blogger B. Daniel Blatt, simultaneously denouncing the overturn of Proposition 8 and exulting in the opportunity it may provide the GOP in November.
