Pat Robertson: I Instantly Faith-Healed My Dog By The Laying On Of Hands

Robertson notes that he doesn't pray for cats. Hang around for the second question where Robertson says that it's OK for ISIS to destroy "heathen idols."

Feel The Power Of The Holy Ghost!

Watch below as Nigerian Pastor Chris Oyakhilome slays hundreds with the invisible power of the Holy Ghost. Oyakhilome has been denounced by African HIV/AIDS groups for claiming that he can faith-heal away all diseases.
Christ Embassy's website claims that Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the proprietor of this church, can faith-heal HIV. ETV's 3rd Degree has been outspoken against AIDS quackery and denialism and so it is disappointing that the station runs Christ Embassy adverts, which are quackery and a threat to public health,' says Nathan Geffen, TAC Treasurer. Many religious organisations are playing a critical role in the fight against HIV and TB in South Africa, raising awareness, providing spiritual and emotional support to people with these conditions and thereby helping them to adhere to the medications which cure TB and suppress HIV in the blood to restore people's health. This is not the case with Christ Embassy. By claiming to heal life-threatening conditions, Christ Embassy is leading people to believe that they no longer have to adhere to treatment or seek appropriate medical care.

RELATED: Oyakhilome is affiliated with fellow Nigerian Pastor T.B. Joshua, a multimillionaire who recently sent a planeload of "holy water" to Sierra Leone because it will cure ebola. Four people were killed in Ghana in 2013 in a church stampede to get "AIDS-curing holy water" from Joshua. In 2011, three women died in London after pastors from Joshua's church convinced them to throw away their HIV medications.

Pat Robertson Heals Via Text Message

"God is almighty. Nothing is impossible. He can heal cancer. He can heal leukemia. He can heal arthritis. He can heal any condition you've got in your body. He made you and he can fix you!" Except for, you know, missing limbs. That's on you.

Scamvangelist Benny Hinn: God Will Make You Wealthy If You Send Me $1000

Via the Christian Post:
Benny Hinn, Christian faith-healing evangelist, has asked supporters to step up to "higher seed-level giving" by donating $1,000 to his ministry, with the suggestion that they would enter a "new dimension of favor and increase" like he did after trying out financial teacher Todd Coontz's "thousand-dollar principle."  "I've believed in seed-faith giving for decades, and I've seen it work time after time, but where do you get this $1,000 teaching?" Hinn says he asked Coontz during a conference in Dallas. "He showed me from the Bible how Solomon offered a thousand animals to God. He told me there's something very special about the number 1,000 and the miracles he has seen when people cross that line in giving." After trying out Coontz's "$1,000 teaching," Hinn claims he received from God "quick" results that were "nothing short of miraculous, and totally life-changing!" "Because of what I heard, and responding to his challenge, I stepped into a new dimension of favor and increase," adds Hinn. "And that's the purpose of this email!"
Hinn is worth an estimated $42M, lives in a $10M oceanfront mansion, and travels to his crusades via his private jet.

PREVIOUSLY ON JMG:  Benny Hinn's son is arrested for beating up a disabled man. Benny Hinn gets sued by the husband of the woman with whom Hinn allegedly had an adulterous affair. Benny Hinn is unable to heal his wife's desire to get the fuck away from him. Benny Hinn blames his wife's divorce filing on her addiction to prescription drugs.

VIDEO: Watch Benny Hinn slay thousands in the Holy Spirit. Most of the people on stage are paid accomplices, of course. Others have to pretend that they are really being "slain," lest their Jesus cred be damaged. Glory! Praise His Name! Send more money and buy your way into Heaven!

Africa's Most Popular Televangelist

TB Joshua claims to be able to faith-heal the AIDS right out people. Last year four people were killed in Ghana during a stampede to get "holy water" from him. Joshua encourages HIV+ people to stop taking their medications. Joshua also claims to have prophesied the Boston bombings and the outcomes of high-profile soccer matches. Last year thousands of his followers abandoned Facebook because of a rumor that he had prophesied that those with accounts would become "infested by demons." Joshua then issued a statement blaming the rumor on Satan.

Faith Healer Of The Day: Todd Bentley

"They brought a woman that had been to all the witch doctors and all the magic soothsayers and whatever she could do to get healed because she had breast cancer. As she was standing in the crowd, the power of God came all over her and she grew a brand new breast. Right after that, they brought two more people onto the platform. The woman was born without the parts that a woman needs, and the man as well because of a cancerous tumor. Both of them were instantly healed. I started to break the power of witchcraft, and 1,835 people at the same time started manifesting demons and fell to the ground writhing like snakes. We counted 1,835 people vomiting, rolling in the mud, writhing and hissing on the ground like snakes. There were even people levitating off of the ground by the power of witchcraft, even a young boy." - Rev. Todd Bentley,  asking for "a one-time gift of $1,000 or any amount the Lord puts on your heart" so he can return to Uganda and grow more miracle boobs. Italics are mine. (Source)
