Morning View - Manhattan Municipal

This is the back side of the Manhattan Municipal Building as seen from the Brooklyn Bridge. Completed in 1915, it's one of the largest government buildings in the world. Thirteen city agencies are housed on the building's 25 floors. Car traffic used to pass through its center arch (barely visible here).
