PHILADELPHIA: Twitter Sleuthing Hero In Gay Bashing Case Speaks To Media
Twitter user FANSINCE09 spoke anonymously by phone to Philadelphia's Fox affiliate this morning after being credited with spearheading a crowd-sourcing social media campaign that identified the mob that brutally attacked a gay couple on a Center City street. According to FANSINCE09, the suspects went to high school together and had been enjoying a reunion dinner prior to the attack. Lawyers for the suspects reportedly contacted Philadelphia detectives late last night to arrange their appearances for questioning. No arrests have yet been made.
