CALIFORNIA: Gay Death Penalty Ballot Measure Removed from AG's Website

Ten days ago Christian activist Matt McLaughlin filed a 2016 California ballot measure that would ask voters to approve the death penalty for homosexuality. McLaughlin's "Sodomite Suppression Act" was viewable at the official website for California Attorney General Kamala Harris, but it has now been removed. I'll update this post if we learn of the reason for its removal. Hit the first link above to read the text of McLaughlin's bill, which called for executions to be carried out by "bullets to the head or any convenient manner."
