The Floating Pool Lady

The Floating Pool Lady, a new swimming pool on a barge moored in the East River just off of Brooklyn Heights under the Brooklyn Bridge is drawing capacity crowds. A sand beach has also been installed, although I personally cannot imagine dipping a toe into the East River. The 4-foot deep pool has a capacity of 175 and there are several 90-minute and one-hour swim sessions daily. It's free!
