Full Page Hate In Utah

The whackjobs of America Forever took out full page ads in Salt Lake City's newspapers yesterday denouncing the LGBT rights and marriage equality movements as cover to "validate homosexuality to the children." They take particular aim at Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman (a Mormon) who last week expressed support for civil unions in Utah. Note their use of an interracial gay couple for extra sensationalism.On their website Forever America posts an excerpt from Michael Swift's classic satirical essay Gay Revolutionary, failing to note (as the haters always do) that the piece is prefaced with "This essay is an outré, madness, a tragic, cruel fantasy, an eruption of inner rage, on how the oppressed desperately dream of being the oppressor."
