Maddow On Wilson Rebuking
Barney Frank voted "present" on the Wilson rebuking because he thinks "it's a bad precedent to put us in charge of deciding when people act like jerks." Maddow goes on to list the various merchandising that has sprung up with "You Lie!" slogans.
