Obama Effigy Hangs In Georgia

In Jimmy Carter's home town of Plains, no less. Sarah Palin's supporters want to know where all the outrage was when she was hung in effigy in that WeHo Halloween display back in 2008. As I recall, that incident was strongly condemned by all sides.
