There is a flurry of activity Monday morning with motions by the defense to seal or exclude documents and videotapes the Olson/Boies team plans to introduce – including testimony by Yes on 8 campaign manager Frank Schubert. If Olson/Boies succeeds in getting this evidence introduced, they may rest their case. If not, or if something else comes up – well, that’s Monday’s mystery.
