Kentucky House Passes Resolution In Support Of The Manhattan Declaration
By a general voice vote, the Kentucky House of Representatives yesterday adopted a resolution expressing support for the anti-gay Manhattan Declaration, which calls for the disobedience of all LGBT rights laws. Kentucky already has among the most repressive of anti-gay laws, including a constitutional DOMA and a legislative ban on the recognition of same-sex unions.
