JMG EXCLUSIVE: New Single From Famed Disco Artist Amanda Lear

Amanda Lear, the 70's disco artist, model, and muse of Salvador Dali, has a new single and you folks are the first to hear it before its release on iTunes next week.

Outsider Music teams up with French imprint, Edina Music, for the release of AMANDA LEAR “I’M COMING UP” REMIXES EP. Featuring dynamic mixes by MOREL, TOMMIE SUNSHINE, SPECIAL OPS (aka SCISSOR SISTERS’ BABYDADDY and DJ SAMMY JO), and NIGHTRIDERS (aka Boston-based nu French disco duo, MATT JOHNSON and JOE FARIA), the single marks the inimitable singer/songwriter, painter, TV presenter, actress and novelist’s triumphant return to her club music roots with an energized and deliciously modern 21st Century electro-pop sound.

The below mix is by famed dance artist and remixer Rich Morel, who has scored numerous Billboard #1 hits with such acts as Pet Shop Boys, Yoko Ono, and Depeche Mode. Rich is also one-half of the Blowoff dance party DJ team. Amanda Lear is 71!
