SUPREME COURT: Tony Perkins To Testify Against Elena Kagan
Elena Kagan's Supreme Court confirmation hearings begin today. And on the list of witnesses is Family Research Council head Tony Perkins, who will presumably demand to know if Kagan is a dirty "softball player." Here's the list of minority witnesses (SCOTUS-speak for those opposed to confirmation), all of whom are scheduled to appear later this week.
