"FP/V" refers to the hobby of flying first-person/video cameras attached to tiny remote-controlled planes. Or as the U.S. military calls them, "drones." Judging by the comments on this YouTube clip, some FP/V hobbyists aren't too happy about the guy who flew his drone around Manhattan because now the FAA is going to "crack down" on them. Cool clip, in any case.
