Right on time for your resolution considerations, US News & World Report has ranked the 25 most-popular diets in terms of their effectiveness, health risk/benefits, and ease of compliance. The top-ranked DASH plan is the federally approved diet to fight hypertension. Coming in at the bottom of the list is the Paleo Diet, which is in vogue with Manhattan's A-gays, but is notoriously tough to adhere to.
