NEW YORK: Hate Group Denounces Loss Of Suit To Overturn Same-Sex Marriage

The Family Research Foundation is all butthurt over losing their appeal to overturn same-sex marriage in New York.
When the New York Senate passed a law legalizing such unions, only after holding closed-door meetings with Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D), Jason McGuire of New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms (NYCF) says a lawsuit was filed concerning the violation of the state's open meetings laws.[snip] "The court, I think, allowed some of its political leanings to be seen when it said that even if the court was to rule that the state had been in violation of open meetings laws, it still would not have annulled all of the same-sex marriages that had occurred," the NYCF executive director offers. "That really should be a concern for all people, because it indicates to us that even if a law is passed illegally, the courts would allow it to stand."
The group hasn't said whether they plan to appeal, but their co-litigants, the Alliance Defense Fund, has said they will.
