Chris Kluwe Has A Book Coming
This summer Minnesota Vikings punter and outspoken LGBT rights ally Chris Kluwe will publish a book of essays.
"Beautifully Unique Sparkleponies" is scheduled for publication by Little, Brown and Company on June 25, 2013. A collection of uncensored personal essays, the book will delve into issues ranging from faith and government to human rights and professional sports. "Chris Kluwe's book is just like Chris Kluwe," Editor John Parsley said in a release. "Sharp-tongued, forthright and committed to exposing and eviscerating our society's density as quickly and completely as possible." Kluwe rose to national prominence with his scathing public letter to a Maryland state politician that immediately went viral.
