Possible Breakthrough In Boston Bombing

CNN is reporting on-air that security video from a Lord & Taylor store on the marathon route may have led to a "significant breakthrough" in the investigation of the Boston bombings.  A suspect may have been identified but authorities are not saying much as this writing.  Story developing...

UPDATE: The FBI has scheduled a press conference for 5PM.

UPDATE II: CNN says the suspect is "a dark-skinned male."  Cartwheels to ensue shortly in Teabagistan.

UPDATE III: An arrest has been made.
