WASHINGTON: Seattle Lesbian Suffers Broken Jaw In Hate Crime Assault
A 21 year-old Seattle man faces hate crime charges after brutally attacking a lesbian in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant.
Describing the Nov. 16 incident, a Seattle detective said Cage and his girlfriend were inside the University Way Northeast restaurant when Cage tauntingly questioned the woman about her gender. According to charging documents, Cage then called the woman several anti-gay slurs before she left the restaurant. As the woman and a friend moved to leave the area, Cage approached her and punched her in the face several times, knocking her to the ground, the detective told the court.
