Brawl Breaks Out In Ukraine's Parliament

Russia's official news agency reports: "A massive brawl erupted in the Ukrainian parliament on Friday morning during a debate on a return to the 2004 Constitution, which limits presidential powers in favor of parliament. Meanwhile clashes continue in Kiev with the death toll now standing at 80."
