SAN DIEGO: Carl DeMaio's Accuser To Sue For Sexual Harassment & Retaliation
Via the San Diego CBS affiliate:
Republican congressional hopeful Carl DeMaio's legal troubles may not be over. The DA's office says there's not enough evidence to charge DeMaio or the former aide accused of breaking into his campaign office. But the attorney for DeMaio's accuser, Todd Bosnich, now says he plans to sue. "We knew Todd had nothing to do with the break-ins, so we're happy that the district attorney did the right thing. As far as the civil suit, we do plan to move forward with a sexual harassment and retaliation claim, and are considering a defamation claim as well," Bosnich's attorney Bibianne Fell said.Bosnich is the guy who also claims that DeMaio made sexual advances on him, once with his "penis in hand."
