New Hampshire's marriage equality bill
deadlocked 10-10 in the House Judiciary Committee yesterday. The bill now goes to the full House next week for a debate without a recommendation from the committee. I'm not sure how the lack of a recommendation will affect its progress. Can anyone weigh in on that?
