NOM: We Don't Expect To Win Prop 8

NOM's Brian Brown has sent out a fundraising letter admitting that he doesn't expect their side to win the Olson/Boies Prop 8 trial, which is due to start on Monday. Brown: "We do not expect to win at the trial level, but with God’s help, at least five members of the current Supreme Court will have the courage to defend our Constitution from this grave attack."
