Health Dept Insider Says NYC Is On A "Witch Hunt" To Close Baths

Speaking freely during his last week working for the New York City Department of Health, Joshua Volle, the director of community HIV prevention planning and programs, predicts that NYC will in fact move to close down the city's commercial sex establishments. "They are very much looking at this from a medical model and the medical model says shut them down. They don't have the resources to do it, but their intent is to shut them down... These are my words, they are on a witch hunt." says Volle.
