Batwoman To Headline Detective Comics

I know this means something to you comic book geeks out there. At yesterday's Comic Con thingy here in NYC, fanboys learned that lesbian superhero Batwoman will be headlining the Detective Comics series for the next year. Something about the departure of Bruce Wayne. I think. Last night I was chatting with my reporter friend Josh, who covered the convention, and we were both trying to figure out the source of gay mens' fascination with superheroes. Is it the tights?
