Morning View - Engine Company 31

The Engine Company 31 station was built in 1895 and designed by Napoleon LeBrun, who with his sons were the official architects for New York Ciy's fire department in the latter half of the 19th century. The building was added to the National Registry of Historic Places in 1972 when the fire department vacated the premises for the Downtown Community Television Center.
