Fort Lauderdale is plugging Florida's lack of a state income tax with a campaign tag-lined, "It's not what you make, it's what you keep." In the clip playing hourly on cable news networks, that line is spoken by Wayne Huizenga, the former garbageman who founded Waste Management and Blockbuster Video and who ended up owning most of Florida's pro sports franchises.
