MASSACHUSETTS: Holyoke Elects America's Youngest Openly Gay Mayor
The Springfield suburb of Holyoke, Massachusetts has elected the nation's youngest openly gay mayor. Alex Morse, age 22, had the backing of the Victory Fund.
"Alex is a force of nature, and proof that young LGBT Americans are determined to live authentic lives as they build their careers. We’re incredibly proud of the campaign he ran,” said Chuck Wolfe, president and CEO of the Victory Fund.
