Former State Minister of Ethics and Integrity Dr. James Nsaba Buturo has condemned western leaders for what he describes as the promotion of the homosexual agenda. British Prime Minister David Cameron and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton recently said that the two countries will tag their foreign aid of the respect of gay rights. Dr. Buturo, who addressed the media here in Kampala on behalf of the Coalition for the Advancement of Moral Values asked Parliament to restore and pass the anti homosexuality bill.
