White House Issues Video To Kick Off International AIDS Conference 2012

Some activists, most notably the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, have denounced the president because he won't be personally appearing at the convention. Tomorrow morning Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will address the opening session. Numerous other State Department staffers will take part in seminars and panels throughout the week.
