NEW YORK: Pro-Gay Marriage State Senator Declared GOP Primary Winner

NOM might want to go back and delete those blog entries declaring that GOP NY Sen. Stephan Saland lost his primary because he voted for same-sex marriage. Via the Poughkeepsie Journal:
The results of the primary election between Saland and Neil Di Carlo of Brewster on Sept. 13 were too close to call. After the remaining absentee and affidavit ballots were counted today at the Dutchess County Board of Elections Saland received 286 and Di Carlo 217, said Fran Knapp, Democratic election commissioner. This gives Saland a grand total of 5,288 votes and Di Carlo 5,181 votes in Dutchess and Putnam counties — a 107 vote lead for Saland. A total of 34 of the absentee and affidavit ballots in Dutchess County are set asides, meaning the candidates are asking a judge to rule on them. "So it's impossible for Saland to lose," Knapp said today. "He won."
NOM is still batting 0.000 in the New York state senate. Yet they keep lying and lying to their followers.
