MISSOURI: State GOP Rep Literally Shoots Holes In Gun Control Bill
House Bill 545, proposed by Rory Ellinger, prohibits any person, corporation, or other entity in the state from manufacturing, importing, possessing, purchasing, selling, or transferring any assault weapon or large capacity magazine, as specified in the bill. Any violation of these provisions is a class C felony. "We went up the road to a shooting range and wanted to ask some citizens what they think about this bill," says Rep. Burlison in the video. "[It] would make it illegal to not only own some of the weapons, but you'd have to relinquish them. If you don't...you'll be a felon and potentially serve in jail for up to seven years."
