French Haters Announce New March Route

From Paris, JMG reader David sends us the above bus ad from France's anti-gay marriage group and notes the bad rhyme of their latest slogan, which translates as: "François, don't mess with marriage. Take care of unemployment."  Yesterday Manif Pour Tous lost their court battle to march down the Champs-Élysée. Today they issued a murky advisory on the new march route:
To Paris, Everyone! Avenue de la Grande Armée, Sunday, March 24. The Manif Pour Tous urges you to march en masse on Sunday March 24 on Avenue de la Grande Armée à Paris, so that the President of France will withdraw the legislative bill on marriage and adoption for all currently in the Senate. All Frenchmen and all Frenchwomen must stand up to refuse this bill which would capsize society with its disastrous social and human consequences. We will converge in the early afternoon at Porte Maillot to march up the Avenue de la Grande Armée toward Place de l'Étoile and Avenue Charles de Gaulle in [the city of] Neuilly and head toward the Arche in La Défense. Stay tuned we will keep up updated with the latest information hour by hour.
David adds: "The scarce information leaves people in the dark as to the exact starting point and the exact end point. Will they actually make it as far as the Grande Arche at La Défense? Stay tuned?"
