GENDA Passes In NY Assembly AGAIN
Via press release from the Empire State Pride Agenda:
For the 6th time, the New York State Assembly has just passed the Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act (GENDA), basic civil rights protections for transgender New Yorkers. Our pro-LGBT assemblymembers deserve our deep gratitude for continuing to make this bill a priority. Now, we need the State Senate to carry out the will of nearly four fifths of the population and ACT!The bill has been stopped in the state Senate every time.
