An Iowa woman recorded her neighbor as she confronted her for harvesting rhubarb from near her back fence. The resulting outburst from already virally-famous Rhubarb Lady could have been scripted by John Waters. Seriously, this is like an outtake from Serial Mom and I can't stop laughing.
