AG Pam Bondi: Gay Floridians Should Just Stay In Limbo Until SCOTUS Rules

Earlier this month Florida AG Pam Bondi told a state appeals court to sit on its marriage cases without ruling and without kicking them upstairs to the state Supreme Court. Today she told reporters that it doesn't make sense for Florida to move towards legalizing marriage right now because other states have cases pending before SCOTUS. Four separate Florida county courts have ruled in favor of marriage equality in recent weeks, but Bondi is keeping those rulings in indefinite limbo.
