ALASKA: Marriage Equality Plaintiffs Are First In Line To Get Their License
Of the five plaintiff couples in Alaska's marriage equality lawsuit, four are already married in other states. The sole unmarried plaintiffs, Stephanie Pearson and Courtney Lamb, were first in line today to get their marriage license. Alaska does not observe Columbus Day and has a three-day waiting period to marry, so we should see the first weddings on Thursday. (Photos by JMG reader Christopher)
