Sixth Circuit Court Remains Quiet
Another week has passed without a peep from the Sixth Circuit, from whom we await a ruling on the cases that would bring marriage equality to Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Some are wondering if the continued silence is due to opinions being rewritten in the light of SCOTUS declining to consider the cases out of the Fourth and Tenth.
