John Warner and thanks him for attending the presentation of "one million petitions against the gay bill of special rights." Whatever THAT is. Shortly into the clip we hear the voice purporting to be Sen. Warner, the sixth husband of Elizabeth Taylor, who surely would bitchslap her ex were she there. The voice does sound somewhat like Warner.
