Former NOM Staffer Thomas Peters Fights DC Hospital Over Use Of Walking Machine

As you may recall, nine months ago NOM communications director Thomas Peters was paralyzed from the chest down after a diving accident. Yesterday a Washington DC Fox affiliate reported on Peters' battle for the use of a high-tech machine that might help him walk again.  Hit the link to watch their report. RELATED: In November an online fundraiser for Peters' medical bills raised over $40K and led many to wonder if he had already lost his insurance with NOM. Last month a posting to his recovery blog celebrated his enrollment in a "new health insurance plan," prompting more speculation that the ardent Obamacare opponent had taken advantage of the very system he worked so hard to thwart.
