"Dear Joe, When Congress recently passed the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), President Obama had a choice between right and wrong. And he chose to throw the Constitution out the window and continue in his support of the Homosexual Agenda by stating he would not enforce Section 533 of the NDAA. He could have chosen -- as we at Public Advocate would have liked to see -- to honor his Constitutional obligation and faithfully execute the law as dictated by Congress. Instead, the president chose to call Section 533 -- which protects military chaplains from being forced to violate their religious beliefs by performing homosexual 'marriages' -- 'ill-advised' and he refused to enforce it. Obama chose his friends in the Homosexual Lobby over America’s Constitution. According to his twisted logic and that of the radical homosexuals, a chaplain who chooses not to take part in 'any rite, ritual, or ceremony that is contrary to the conscience, moral principles, or religious beliefs of the chaplain' is guilty of discrimination.
