Lance Bass Is Engaged
Us Weekly reports:
Shortly after 'N Sync's big VMAs reunion, Bass popped the question to boyfriend Michael Turchin, sources exclusively confirm to Us Weekly. Dating since December 2011, the couple got engaged in New Orleans after Bass proposed to the aspiring actor and model with a black diamond band. He even texted his future husband's parents to ask for their permission first. "They're such a great couple, everyone is so happy for them," another source tells Us. "Their friends and family are thrilled."(Via Towleroad)
UPDATE: Bass is at Southern Decadence in New Orleans where he explained how he proposed for his SiriusXM audience.

Boy band groupies are going nuts about the possible reunion of NSYNC, which once included openly gay singer and radio host Lance Bass.
Just one day before the MTV Video Music awards, boy band 'N Sync has joined Twitter. Buzzing fans hope the perfectly timed first-and-only tweet is a sign of an imminent reunion. A few hours later 'N Sync-er Lance Bass tweeted: "Yes, @NSYNC is the official twitter Happy weekend everyone!" 'N Sync's Justin Timberlake, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, J.C. Chasez and Chris Kirkpatrick broke up more than a decade ago, but all week rumors have been swirling about a possible reunion. The VMAs air tonight from Brooklyn's Barclays Centers at 9pm.
