Bobbi Kristina Brown Dies At Age 22

Via Entertainment Tonight:
Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of late music legend Whitney Houston and R&B singer Bobby Brown, died on July 26, surrounded by her family, at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia. She was 22. "She is finally at peace in the arms of God," the Houston family said in statement to ET. "We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months." On Jan. 31, Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in her bathtub, and was then taken to North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia, where she was put on a ventilator to assist her breathing. She was later placed in a medically induced coma at Atlanta's Emory University Hospital. Nearly two months later, she was moved to a rehabilitation center, where she remained until June 24, when she was moved to the hospice center.

Whitney Houston's Daughter Bobbi Kristina Found Unresponsive In Bathtub

Via CNN:
Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive Saturday morning in a bathtub full of water in Roswell, Georgia, police in that Atlanta suburb said. Brown "was not breathing" when her husband and a friend found her around 10:25 a.m. at a home in a Roswell subdivision, police spokeswoman Lisa Holland said. "They called 911, started CPR on her, and police arrived first," the spokeswoman added. "We took over the lifesaving measures until the fire/rescue and an ambulance arrived." Brown was then transported to Roswell's North Fulton Hospital, where she was breathing, according to Holland. It was three years ago February 11 that Brown's mother, renowned signer Whitney Houston, was found dead in a bathtub in The Beverly Hilton, hours before she was to attend a pre-Grammys bash there.
Moments ago CNN reported on-air that Brown is said to be breathing, but may be on a ventilator.

Duke Dumont - I Got U

Pitchfork raves:
Duke Dumont's "Need U (100%)" topped the UK charts earlier this year and vaulted the producer from the ranks of low-level remix aficionados everywhere to a new level of prominence. "I Got U," featuring producer and new Blasé Boys Club signee Jax Jones, is the second single from Dumont's forthcoming debut. This is the kind of music you look to when you can't afford a holiday vacation—a blast of sunlight and warm, humid air, flecks of steel drum, vocal samples, and a joyous, radiant vocal take.
You'll like the Whitney sample. The full album and remixes of the single become available on iTunes on March 17th.

Airliner Makes Emergency Landing To Remove Disruptive Singing Passenger

An American Airlines flight from Los Angeles to New York made an emergency landing on Thursday to remove a woman who would not stop singing I Will Always Love You.
The solo performance began shortly into the flight from Los Angeles to New York and her crooning quickly became too much for passengers and staff on the domestic flight last Thursday.  The pilot was forced to change course halfway through the six hour flight and make an unscheduled stop at Kansas City so officers could escort the woman from the plane. Airport spokesman Joe McBride told WBTV:  "The woman was being disruptive and was removed from the plane for interfering with the flight crew.  There was a federal air marshal on the aircraft, who subdued the woman and put her in cuffs and removed her from the plane."
The woman was still singing as she was taken from the cabin in handcuffs. During her interview with local police, she claimed to be a diabetic in need of medication. The cops released her without charges, but the airline refused to allow her to board another flight.
