Mother Found Guilty Of Murdering Toddler That She Believed To Be Gay

A 25 year-old Oregon woman was today found guilty of murdering her four year-old son after the jury was shown Facebook messages in which the woman expressed revulsion because she believed that her child was destined to be gay.

Washington County jurors took a little more than an hour to reach a unanimous verdict. They found her guilty on all seven counts, including murder, murder by abuse and second-degree assault. Dutro showed no reaction to the decision, read about 5:15 p.m. Wednesday. The case drew widespread attention after prosecutors asked the court to allow Facebook messages from Dutro into evidence. In one message to her boyfriend, Brian Canady, Dutro wrote using a slur that Zachary would be gay. "He walks like it and talks like it ugh," she wrote. That made her angry, she added, and directed Canady to "work on" Zachary "big time." Prosecutors told the court the message showed Dutro's motive for subjecting Zachary to a pattern of abuse. Judge Don Letourneau deemed the messages admissible.

The "vast majority" of Bradley's victims were under 3 years old, lead prosecutor Paula J. Ryan stressed in urging the harshest possible sentence for the once-respected physician whose crimes sent shock waves throughout Delaware and beyond and ranked him among history's worst pedophiles. "Earl Bradley committed unspeakable acts upon those who could not speak for themselves," Ryan told the judge. "He deliberately manipulated the parents of these children. He manipulated those who worked with him, and he repeatedly and intentionally -- without remorse or hesitation -- attacked and sexually assaulted toddlers and nonverbal children. "To make indescribable and horrific matters even worse, he videotaped these incidents for his own perverse pleasure, endlessly editing and copying, permanently memorializing his attacks on these children for his own twisted collection," she said.

The American people need to rise up and demand that heterosexual men be banned from any job that provides access to our nation's vulnerable children!

DELAWARE: Heterosexual Pediatrician Accused Of Molesting Over 100 Girls

There is just no end to the depravities of the heterosexual.

A judge heard evidence Tuesday at the one-day bench trial of a Delaware pediatrician accused of molesting 103 of his patients, some of them 5 or younger. Judge William C. Carpenter, hearing the case against Earl Bradley, 58, advised attorneys he will issue his verdict later, court officials said. Bradley, whose practice was in Lewes, went into the trial facing 529 counts of rape, sexual exploitation of a child, unlawful sexual contact and other charges. Prosecutors filed an amended indictment on Tuesday condensing the charges against Bradley into 24 counts. There were no new victims or incidents alleged in the new indictment. The charges accuse Bradley of first-degree rape, forcing girls to perform oral sex on him and filming dozens of the children engaging in sex acts.

The Supreme Court has overturned a 13-year ban on "crush videos" saying the ban violated freedom of speech. Never heard of crush videos? Me neither. It turns out some heterosexual men are thrilled by the sight of women crushing small animals to death with their stiletto heels or bare feet. And they'll pay to see it.

Chief Justice John J. Roberts Jr., writing for an eight-member majority, said the law was overly broad and not allowed by the First Amendment. He rejected the government's argument that whether certain categories of speech deserve constitutional protection depends on balancing the value of the speech against its societal costs. "The First Amendment's guarantee of free speech does not extend only to categories of speech that survive an ad hoc balancing of relative social costs and benefits," Roberts wrote. "The First Amendment itself reflects a judgment by the American people that the benefits of its restrictions on the Government outweigh the costs. Our Constitution forecloses any attempt to revise that judgment simply on the basis that some speech is not worth it." [snip] Animal rights groups and 26 states had joined the Obama administration in support of the 1999 law. They argued that videos showing animal cruelty should be treated like child pornography rather than granted constitutional protection. But Roberts said the federal law was so broadly written that it could include all depictions of killing animals, even hunting videos. He said the court was not passing judgment about whether "a statute limited to crush videos or other depictions of extreme animal cruelty would be constitutional."

A grand jury returned a 160-page indictment Monday against Dr. Earl Bradley of Lewes with 471 counts of sexual crimes. The case has shocked the close-knit coastal community of Lewes and the central Delaware town of Milford, where Bradley closed an office in 2005 after police investigated him. Bradley's attorney, Eugene Maurer, said he would seek to move the trial out of Sussex County. But he said the "real battleground" in the case will be Bradley's mental state, not what is seen on videotapes seized from Bradley's home and office or alleged in the indictment.

Another Heterosexual Pervert Busted For Having Sex With Horses

Emboldened by the widespread granting of "straight" rights, yet another deviant heterosexual has been arrested for bestiality - the next perverted stop on the slippery slope of "tolerance" for these degenerates who will have sex with anyone or any animal, as long as it's an act of opposite-sex "love."

An 18-year-old man was busted for having sex with horses at a Hudson Valley harness track, authorities said Friday. Erick Rivera was charged with five counts each of sexual misconduct with an animal and burglary after a six-month investigation at the Goshen Historic Track in Orange County. Rivera sneaked into the track at night from his nearby rented room and abused the animals, Goshen Village Police Chief James Watt said. Horsemen became suspicious beginning in July when they found the fillies bridled and immobilized in their stalls during morning checks.

We can expect that this revolting case will be defended by the infamous North American Man-Filly Love Association (NAMFLA), whose disgusting motto is "My Mount Is A Mare." America is doomed. Praise His Name!

Well, you all know how that headline would have read in Wingnutistan if this had been a GAY couple.

A New Jersey judge has dismissed animal cruelty charges against a cop accused of committing a sex act with young cows, saying a grand jury had no way of knowing whether the animals were "tormented." Moorestown police officer Robert Melia, who is currently suspended, allegedly engaged in oral sex acts with five calves in Southampton in 2006. Since New Jersey currently has no law explicitly banning such an act, prosecutors in Burlington county brought animal cruelty charges against Melia, the Philadelphia Daily News reports. Judge Morely said it was questionable that Melia's acts, though "disgusting," constituted animal cruelty. "I'm not saying it's OK," Morely said. "This is a legal question for me. It's not a questions of morals. It's not a question of hygiene. It's not a question of how people should conduct themselves."

The dismissal reportedly irked the prosecution. "I think any reasonable juror could infer that a man's penis in the mouth of a calf is torment," a Burlington County assistant prosecutor, Kevin Morgan, said. "It's a crime against nature." The judge's dismissal does not mark the end of Melia's legal woes. He, along with girlfriend Heather Lewis, was arrested in April 2008 for sexually assaulting three girls over a five-year-period.

The deep thinkers at the Maine Marriage Alliance point to a survey about monogamy among gay male couples and come to this conclusion:

Legal recognition for openly non-monogamous gay unions would effectively destroy the taboo on adultery. The result is a continual downfall of families and society. Stanley Kurtz, a research fellow at Stanford University explains: “What we need to understand — but do not — is that gay marriage will undermine the structure of taboos that continue to protect heterosexual marriage — and will do so far more profoundly than either the elimination of sodomy laws, or the general sexual loosening of the past thirty years. Above all, marriage is protected by the ethos of monogamy — and by the associated taboo against adultery. The real danger of gay marriage is that it will undermine the taboo on adultery, thereby destroying the final bastion protecting marriage: the ethos of monogamy.”

The survey they cite, a 1996 study by gay researchers Marshall Kirk and Hunter Madsen reportedly concludes that "the cheating ratio of ‘married’ gay males, given enough time, approaches 100%." The Maine Marriage Alliance does note that this "outside sexual activity" occurs by agreement, but really, so what?

Porno Pete LaBarbera is determined that no one in United States be allowed to enjoy sexual freedom.
