Ben Shapiro On Jon Stewart

"While Stewart was undoubtedly talented – or rather, his writers were – Stewart also had the easiest job in media. He appeared nightly before an audience of simpletons, cued to laugh and cheer by his funny faces. He didn’t even need jokes: he could just run a clip from Fox News, any clip, and then screw his face up in his patented 'I don’t get it, I must be stupid, no, actually, they’re stupid' expression, raise his voice in incredulity, and then shrug. This had his trained seals rolling in the aisles. Jon Stewart without his live laugh track would be dead on arrival." - Ben Shapiro, writing for Breitbart.

Ben Shapiro Files Battery Charges Against Transgender Reporter Zoey Tur

Via Breitbart:
Breitbart News Senior Editor-at-Large Ben Shapiro has filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department alleging battery against transgender Inside Edition reporter Zoey Tur, née Robert Albert Tur. Shapiro filed the report Sunday morning, two days after a contentious exchange with Tur on the HLN program Dr. Drew. On a panel discussion over Bruce Jenner’s receipt of ESPN’s Arthur Ashe Courage Award, Tur grabbed Shapiro’s neck and growled, “You cut that out now, or you’ll go home in an ambulance.” Shapiro later alleged that Tur had threatened him after the appearance, “I’ll see you in the parking lot,” and that CNN security had escorted Shapiro to his car after ensuring Tur had left the premises. Tur also tweeted out on Friday that he would like to “curb stomp” Shapiro.
Here's the video again.

Ben Shapiro Vs Trans Reporter

Ben Shapiro really got into it with trans reporter Zoey Tur last night. Mediaite reports:
Asked by host Dr. Drew Pinsky whether Jenner deserved the ESPY award after “courageously coming forward, for having been an athlete of great prowss, and now fighting a new battle,” Shapiro spilled his disdain for the entire concept of transgenderism: “What exactly is the battle? I mean, self-definition is what you do, and my baby’s doing it at 18 months old. I was unaware that you get a medal for it.” And when Shapiro refused to call Jenner and Tur by anything but male pronouns, the segment went straight down the tubes. “Forget about the disrespect,” Shapiro said, in the full clip first reported by Breitbart.

“Facts don’t care about your feelings. It turns out that every chromosome, every cell in Caitlyn Jenner’s body, is male, with the exception of some of his sperm cells.” We both know chromosomes don’t necessarily mean you’re male or female,” Tur replied, and then put her hand on Shapiro’s shoulder. “So you don’t know what you’re talking about, you’re not educated on genetics.” That prompted Shapiro to ask: “What are your genetics, sir?” And off we go. “You cut that out now, or you’ll go home in an ambulance,” Tur shot back while holding Shapiro by the back of his neck.
The battle continues from there. Shapiro has spent the day tweeting and retweeting ugly anti-trans messages including the usual rainbow swastika flag from fellow Breitbart knuckledragger John Nolte. The headline above is from Raw Story.

Ted Cruz Tops Breitbart "Primary"

Via Breitbart:
In June, 55,000 people voted in the Breitbart Primary, and they preferred Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker to win the GOP’s 2016 presidential nomination. In June’s inaugural Breitbart Primary poll, Cruz finished first nationally (33%)–and in each of the first three nominating states–with Walker (23%), who has yet to declare his candidacy, right on his heels. Sen. Rand Paul finished in third with 10%, followed by Dr. Ben Carson (7%), former Texas Governor Rick Perry (5%), businessman Donald Trump (4%), former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina (4%), and Sen. Marco Rubio (4%).
Breitbart will repeat the poll every month until the GOP convention.

Breitbart Has The Sadz

"In a crushing defeat for traditionalists, the U.S. Supreme Court has mandated same-sex marriage as a constitutional right from sea to shining sea. In a 5-4 decision the Supreme Court has held there is a 14th amendment right for people of the same sex to marry. The U.S. becomes only the second country, after Brazil, that has arrived at same-sex marriage through judicial imposition. The fear now is that the federal government, under urging from the gay community, will work to stamp out any vestige of opposition or even dissent, including eliminating accreditation and tax exempt status for religious schools that do not recognize same-sex marriages. Some religious conservatives have hinted at non-violent resistance and civil disobedience, though what that means remains unclear. One thing is clear from recent history. Though gay activists insist the issue is now settled, a Supreme Court decision rarely truly settles a question; they tend to open up new fields of debate, particularly on such controversial and divisive issues." - Hate group leader Austin Ruse, writing for Breitbart.

Breitbart Headline Of The Day

Breitbart is taking their cue from Bryan Fisher.
Under the banner of what is dishonestly called a gay pride or gay “rights” flag, hate, fascism, and intolerance has festered for years, specifically against Christians and conservatives. Under the auspices of a “rights and equality” symbol, Leftists have been on a rampage to take way the rights of others through bullying, lies, and online terrorism. The list of misdeeds and victims resulting from an increasingly emboldened Big Gay Hate Machine continues to grow.

Under this banner of hate, people are outed against their will, terrorized out of business merely for being Christian, bullied and harassed for thoughtcrimes; moreover, “hate crimes” are being manufactured to keep us divided, Christians are refused service, death threats are hurled, and Christianity is regularly smeared as hate speech.

If individuals wish to fly this symbol of hate, oppression and bigotry on their own property, that is their choice in a free country. It is unconscionable, however, that this symbol of intolerance is allowed to fly above government-owned buildings. The symbol of bigots who seek to strip others of their First Amendment right to practice their religion has no place on government grounds.
Over 5000 applauding comments already. (Tipped by JMG reader Emanuel)

Breitbart Has The Ireland Sadz

"To the very end, opponents of same-sex marriage in Ireland held out hope. Yesterday they were reporting high numbers of immigrant Africans and Muslims standing in line at polling stations and hoped they would balance out the hordes of young people who were expected to make Ireland the first country in the world to vote for same-sex marriage. The campaign was marked by charges of hatred and homophobia against gays, often made by officials of the government. Those charges continued on the morning of the victory. On the Marian Finucane radio show this morning in Dublin, voting 'no' was described as a 'homophobic act.' The vote in Ireland will likely embolden similar efforts around Europe. With the addition of Ireland, same-sex marriage is now allowed in 18 countries around the world." - Hate group leader Austin Ruse, writing for Breitbart.

NOTE: Muslims make up barely 1% of Ireland's population. Immigrants from African nations comprise 0.9%.

Breitbart Reports On Duggar Scandal

Curiously, they don't mention all those times that the Family Research Council declared that gay people are inherent pedophiles. Or those times that Josh Duggar declared that transwomen are going to molest defenseless little girls in public restrooms.

Austin Ruse: Satan Controls JMG Readers

"Last week I warned you that certain undesirables were reading your mail. I called them sexual weirdoes. And boy was I ever right. I mentioned Right Wing Watch and a filthy blog called Joe.My.God. And right on time, like clockwork, like Pavlov’s Dog, they read your mail and they attacked. There were the usual attacks against the Church, against Christians, against Our Lord. Purely awful. Purely disgusting. [Ruse quotes several JMG comments.] And these were the comments that are printable. Most are simply filthy and vulgar. The reason I mentioned these websites and these sexual revolutionaries is to demonstrate what we are up against. Almost pure evil. And by that I do not mean these people. They are simply deluded by their own bad habits and by the Father of Lies. Even so, they have huge power behind them. And they are busy undermining all that is good and true and beautiful and it has been given to us to stop them." - C-FAM leader and Breitbart columnist Austin Ruse, in a money beg for $100,000 to stop you beautiful sexual "weirdoes."

TEXAS: Three Shot At "Draw Mohammed" Contest Sponsored By Pam Geller
UPDATE: Suspected Attackers Both Killed

Via Breitbart:
Armed police officers rushed in to the Mohammed Art Exhibit and Contest and quickly removed Pamela Geller and whisked her away to safety after a gunfight erupted outside of the event. A law enforcement officer and two suspects are reportedly down, according to police on the scene. Three Breitbart Texas reporters are locked down inside of the event. The officers on the scene said that possible explosives were found. The extrication of Geller occurred during a live video interview with Breitbart Texas. The attendees to the exhibit were forced into lockdown by police. Several officers entered to exhibit and informed the attendees that an officer was down, two suspects had been shot, and that possible explosives were found.
UPDATE: From the Dallas Morning News:
Two gunmen opened fire Sunday evening outside an anti-Islam event at Garland ISD's Curtis Culwell Center, police said. The two men pulled up in a vehicle and shot a Garland ISD officer. The men were fatally shot by Garland police, and their bodies remain on the street outside the events center. The security officer's wounds were not believed to be life-threatening, but he had been hospitalized. No one was being allowed to leave the facility, where an art show centering on caricatures of Muhammed was being held. Nearby businesses, including a Walmart and Sam's Club, were evacuated. Authorities extended a perimeter 2,000 feet around the Culwell Center, and they were investigating a vehicle within that zone. Reports of the incident began to develop shortly before 7 p.m., when the event had been scheduled to conclude. A speaker had finished his presentation shortly after 6:30 p.m. Throughout the event, there had been no notable protests, despite its controversial nature.

Breitbart Headline Of The Day

Pam Geller is very unhappy:
A century of free speech in New York’s most public square — the streets, the buses, the subways — came to a screeching halt last Wednesday when the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) voted to ban all issue and political advertising, solely in order to silence me. Baltimore burning is “free speech.” But our ads get banned. Got it? We are marching to totalitarianism. New York City is the capital of the free world. The world looks to us. What message did the MTA send Wednesday? Every city will follow suit. It was a dark day for freedom but have no fear. But this is not over. Not by a long shot. We have already begun to pursue this legally; our lawyers David Yerushalmi and Robert Muise have already written to the MTA asking that our ads be put up forthwith, as they are not political. The rich and powerful trumped our unalienable rights in New York City, April 29, 2015. But rewarding savagery with capitulation and fear will only bring more bloodshed and more terror. You haven’t seen anything yet.

Ben Shapiro: We're Going To Lose

"The justices of the left, along with Justice Anthony Kennedy, who wrote the egregious opinion in Lawrence v. Texas (2003) in which he stated that those committing homosexual acts are Constitutionally 'entitled to respect for their private lives' will determine that yes, the Constitution mandates not merely that the state respect private lives, but that the state endorse those private lives (so long as, presumably, polygamy and incest are off the table – for now). Justices Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan all endorsed in glowing terms same-sex marriage; that’s no surprise, since all are rabidly left generally, and both Kagan and Ginsburg have officiated same-sex weddings.

"All argued that the institution of marriage is specifically designed only to grant dignity, and that it is discriminatory not to grant dignity to homosexual couples – showing once and for all that for the left, the government is God, and that the State is the final arbiter of all that is just and good, rather than a protector of rights pre-existing government. In the end, the Supreme Court will rule that same-sex marriage is the law of the land; the pseudolegal nonsense spewed by the various justices having no relation to the Constitution is mere post facto justification for decisions already made." - Ben Shapiro, decloaking for Breitbart as an advocate for criminalizing homosexuality.

Breitbart Publishes Unsourced Claim Of Assault Over Indiana's RFRA Law

Citing an anonymous email, Breitbart columnist and hate group leader Austin Ruse is claiming that a gay housekeeper "assaulted" his 76 year-old employer because he was furious about Indiana's RFRA law. From the email, which was allegedly written by the woman's son:
John (not his real name) came to our home as usual to help clean the house. He comes every 2 weeks. My mother greeted him and was met with cursing, aggressiveness, and fury. John was very angry about the [Religious Freedom Restoration Action] just signed by Governor Pence. John yelled f-bombs and called my elderly mother a bigot and accused her and all “religious” people of discrimination. She called me after 15 minutes of his tirade and she was reduced to tears and horribly scared by him. I could hear him yelling obscenities in the background at her. John would not get on the phone and I told my mom to ask him to leave or I would call 911. He left. I raced home to find my mom still shaking. She suffers from heart disease, cancer, and can barely see. She is completely vulnerable.
Contrary to Ruse's headline, the email does not accuse "John" of actual physical assault and there's nothing about gay marriage in the email either. Hundreds of Breitbart commenters are reacting to Ruse's story as you'd expect, with only a few questioning its anonymous and unsourced nature.

PREVIOUSLY ON JMG: Austin Ruse was fired by the American Family Association last year after a guest-hosting spot on their radio network during which he declared that liberal university officials "should all be taken out and shot." Ruse also claims that a Vatican priest once offered him absolution if he were to murder Hillary Clinton. Ruse is the head of C-FAM, the Catholic Family & Human Rights Institute, which is a member of the World Congress of Families, the coalition working with NOM and others to export anti-gay hatred to foreign counties. During a speech at CPAC 2012, Ruse denounced the United Nations for issuing a resolution against the gay death penalty.
