MEXICO: Catholic Church Exorcises Satan Out Of Entire Nation Because Gays

In an extraordinary act of spiritual warfare, several bishops and exorcist priests have performed what is being called a “Magno Exorcismo” (great exorcism) of the entire country of Mexico following a series of events that the bishops see as linked to the presence and influence of Satan. On May 20, the former Archbishop of Guadalajara, Cardinal Juan Sandoval Iñiguez [PHOTO], the Archbishop of San Luis Potosi, Carlos Cabrero, as well as several exorcist priests from various Mexican dioceses held a closed-door exorcism ritual at the Metropolitan Cathedral of San Luis Potosí. Bishop Cabrero explained the hush-hush nature of the ceremony, saying that otherwise “it arouses morbid curiosity and misinterpretations” when what we are after is simply “doing good for everyone.” In a telephone interview, Father Fortea declined to give details about the ceremony, but said that “undoubtedly the abortion, Satanism, corruption, the cult of ‘holy’ death and the legalization of sexual aberrations have caused great satanic infestation throughout Mexico.” All of this, he said, has unleashed widespread violence precisely because of the action of the devil. The purpose of the exorcism was to “drive the demons out of Mexico,” he said.

RELATED: On June 3rd the Mexican Supreme Court ruled that states may no longer ban same-sex marriage, although couples in the majority of Mexican states must still, for now, hire a lawyer, pay around $1000, and wait a month to obtain a judge's order to marry. Same-sex marriages have been recognized nationwide since Mexico City repealed its ban in 2010 and three states had already done away with their bans, but the latest ruling will surely expedite the removal of the remaining roadblocks.

TENNESSEE: Senate Kills Bill To Make Bible The Official State Book Because Satan

The Bible will not become the official book of Tennessee this year. Bolstered by opposition from Republican leadership, the Senate voted 22-9 to send the Bible to committee, effectively killing the bill a day after it was adopted by the House. "This isn't the time or place now in the full Senate floor to delve into that. We really need to look into it in committee," Senate Majority Leader Mark Norris, R-Collierville, said about two hours before the vote. Norris led the effort to kill the bill in the Senate. He asked for the bill to be sent back to the Senate Judiciary Committee to address the Slatery opinion. The Senate agreed, supporting Norris and effectively killing the bill for the year. "I sure hope it won't pass. I think it'll be a dark day for Tennessee if it does," Norris said Wednesday. "All I know is that I hear Satan snickering. He loves this kind of mischief. You just dumb the good book down far enough to make it whatever it takes to make it a state symbol, and you're on your way to where he wants you."

The bill's House sponsor has vowed to bring it back in the next legislative session.

"The halftime performance of Katy Perry at the 2015 Super Bowl seemed to be all about choice. While the show was a spectacle on a grand scale, the content was shady. Perry held out foolish choices with eternal consequences on an altar of defiance. Sexual confusion is a natural companion to spiritual apostasy. Perry proceeded to bend over in some suggestive twerking with Lenny Kravitz and then sang another hit, telling us that she 'kissed a girl and liked it.' The lyrics go on to say, 'I hope my boyfriend don’t mind it.' This 2008 song is a prime expose of the lies embedded in the homosexual agenda. Not that Perry leads that effort. Just like her flirtation with Satan, she’s merely joining and providing theme music for a movement that long pre-dates her. There would be a predictable reaction if a well-known homosexual man crooned that he had 'kissed a boy and liked it' and he 'hopes his boyfriend don’t mind it.' If such a song even saw the light of day, it would be instantly labeled bigotry, hate and right-wing extremism. After all, one is never allowed to experiment in that direction. Oregon resident Veronica Partridge, 25, sparked a firestorm of criticism earlier this month when she said she had chosen to stop wearing leggings as pants in public to honor her Christian faith in a candid blog post that went viral. While supporters have praised the married mother of one for promoting modesty, her Facebook page has been flooded with criticism from people who say that her post promotes gender stereotypes and sexism. "I've had a lot of both positive and negative responses, probably more negative than positive ... it's definitely not what I was expecting," Partridge told The Christian Post exclusively.
