The above Twitter account is by teabagger Jim Hoft, the douchebag who published a photoshopped x-ray with a claim that it showed the "fractured orbital socket" suffered by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson. Hoft, not incidentally, is the target of the best Google-bomb since Santorum.

This Is A "Fractured Eye Socket"

Back in August, demented St. Louis-based teabagger Jim Hoft published repeated claims that "inside sources" had informed him that Darren Wilson had suffered a grievous "fractured orbital socket" during a "severe beating" by Michael Brown. Holf's claims rocketed around Teabagistan even though some of his own readers quickly figured out that the X-ray Hoft had posted was actually lifted out of a University of Iowa medical textbook. Today Hoft updated one of his several "fractured orbital socket" posts from August with the above photo, which was released yesterday, and a new headline: "Officer Darren Wilson Suffered Severe Facial Contusions After Severe Beating During Mike Brown Attack."

Virtually every site in Teabagistan this afternoon erupted in manufactured outrage because the president saluted with a coffee cup in his hand as he rushed off a helicopter to attend the General Assembly at the United Nations. Leading the charge as usual is Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit, who you might know by his title as "The Stupidest Man On The Internet." Seriously, just ask Google.

I sent Hoft the picture below - so of course he immediately blocked me. Hoft is a favorite target of Little Green Footballs and Wonkette, both of which have posted numerous hilarious recaps of his outrageous assholery.
