Moore: We Might Have War Over Marriage

RELATED: Interviewer Randall Terry advocates for the criminalization of all forms of birth control. In 2004 his adopted son Jamiel came out in an Out Magazine essay, prompting Terry to blame Jamiel's gayness on his birth parents. Jamiel died in a car accident in 2011. One of Terry's daughters has converted to Islam and another was reportedly banned from his home after two pregnancies before the age of 18. Terry himself was thrown out his longtime church after divorcing his wife of 19 years and marrying his 25 year-old assistant. He ran for president in 2012 and was awarded two convention delegates after winning eleven Oklahoma counties in the Democratic primary.

Anti-Gay Marriage Group Celebrates 150th Anniversary Of Lincoln's Assassination

Back in February white supremacists from the League Of The South distributed signs like the ones seen above at the anti-gay marriage rally held on the steps of Alabama Capitol Building, where supporters cheered Roy Moore. Yesterday the League Of The South celebrated the 150th anniversary of the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln. From their president Michael Hill:
One hundred and fifty years ago today, Abraham Lincoln died at the hands of John Wilkes Booth. As Booth pulled the trigger in Ford’s Theatre, he is said to have shouted: “Sic semper tyrannis!” (Thus always to tyrants). Many, including some Southerners, believe that Lincoln, had he lived, would have been lenient to the South during Reconstruction. The truth of the matter is that we will never know. But we do know this: Lincoln refused to allow the Southern States to leave the voluntary union of their Fathers and provoked a war against them that killed hundreds of thousands and left the South devastated for decades to come. He also destroyed the political order created by the Founders and set the stage for the all-encompassing Leviathan State under which all Americans (except the favored classes) suffer today. Sic semper tyrannis, indeed! I will raise a glass today in celebration of the death of all tyrants, including Abe Lincoln, who have afflicted my people over the ages. And as you’re out and about across the South today, be on the lookout for signs–subtle and not-so-subtle–of our celebratory mood. May God save the South!
Right Wing Watch reported recently that Roy Moore's successful return to the Alabama Supreme Court was bankrolled by Michael Peroutka, a former leader of the League of the South. In December 2014 Peroutka was elected to the county council of Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The League Of The South is an SPLC-certified racist hate group.

Quote Of The Day - Robert Stacy McCain

"In last year’s Windsor decision, the Supreme Court decided that its own 'Emerging Awareness Doctrine' made sodomy the lawful equivalent of holy matrimony. Those of us who criticized that decision were ridiculed as alarmists for warning that Justice Anthony Kennedy’s decree would have bad consequences. Am I the only one who has noticed that the news has gotten increasingly weird since then? [Links to recent heterosexual pedophilia and necrophilia stories.] Now, if only Justice Kennedy and the Supreme Court could do something to help our society end the ignorant prejudice of necrophobia. Meanwhile, I’m waiting for feminists to blame these crimes on the patriarchy because, after all, both cases were heteronormative. Dark sarcasm may be in poor taste, but it’s not illegal. Yet." - BarbWire columnist Robert Stacy McCain, who fired off the below tweet at me a few days ago.
RELATED: According to the SPLC, McCain was once a member of a white supremacist group called the League Of The South. Key quote: "The media now force interracial images into the public mind and a number of perfectly rational people react to these images with an altogether natural revulsion. The white person who does not mind transacting business with a black bank clerk may yet be averse to accepting the clerk as his sister-in-law, and THIS IS NOT RACISM, no matter what Madison Avenue, Hollywood and Washington tell us."

This Is A "Fractured Eye Socket"

Back in August, demented St. Louis-based teabagger Jim Hoft published repeated claims that "inside sources" had informed him that Darren Wilson had suffered a grievous "fractured orbital socket" during a "severe beating" by Michael Brown. Holf's claims rocketed around Teabagistan even though some of his own readers quickly figured out that the X-ray Hoft had posted was actually lifted out of a University of Iowa medical textbook. Today Hoft updated one of his several "fractured orbital socket" posts from August with the above photo, which was released yesterday, and a new headline: "Officer Darren Wilson Suffered Severe Facial Contusions After Severe Beating During Mike Brown Attack."

Larry Klayman Files Homeland Security Petition To Deport President Obama

Loony tunes teabagger Larry Klayman has filed a Homeland Security petition demanding the deportation of President Obama as an undocumented immigrant. And you though he couldn't out-crazy himself.
Klayman’s deportation request – mailed to three Department of Homeland Security officials – asks for an investigation and hearing into Obama’s citizenship status. If authorities ignore the request, Klayman intends to file a lawsuit to force action. “As demonstrated by the evidence established in exhibits and attached affidavits, there is prima facie evidence that Barack Hussein Obama is removable from the United States and in violation of the law under the legally recognized categories of falsely claiming U.S. citizenship,” Klayman wrote to the officials. "Even if a legitimate birth certificate exists, Barack Obama's repeated use of a clearly forged birth certificate is still a crime." U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a division of the Department of Homeland Security, did not respond to a request for comment.
Here's the full petition. Klayman's World Net Daily column in support of the petition is getting cheers from the site's readers.

PREVIOUSLY ON JMG: Last month Klayman declared that God wants the United States to nuke the Middle East. In August, Klayman sued Obama for secretly being a pro-Hamas Muslim.  Klayman, who founded Freedom Watch and who unsuccessfully sued Rachel Maddow on behalf of hate group leader Bradlee Dean, has repeatedly called for outright armed revolution against the federal government. Fewer than 100 idiots showed up at Klayman's rally outside the White House last October, where he infamously called for President Obama to "put down the Koran and come out with your hands up."

White Supremacist On Gay Marriage

Gay marriage is bad because it means fewer white babies will be born. "I will not give in to your homofascism! You'll have to kill me first!" (This guy is probably BFFs with Tony Perkins.) The crazy really gets uncorked in the last three minutes. Here's his website and here's his Facebook page.

White Supremacist Rocks CPAC

A CPAC panel on GOP outreach to minorities was upended yesterday by a white supremacist who defended slavery and claimed that white people are being "disenfranchised" by the federal government. The man's comments, which were caught on video, has caused an uproar on right-wing blogs where commenters are predictably claiming that the man was planted by liberals in order to embarrass CPAC.  Think Progress reports:
The exchange occurred after an audience member from North Carolina, 30-year-old Scott Terry, asked whether Republicans could endorse races remaining separate but equal. After the presenter, K. Carl Smith of Frederick Douglass Republicans, answered by referencing a letter by Frederick Douglass forgiving his former master, the audience member said “For what? For feeding him and housing him?” Several people in the audience cheered and applauded Terry’s outburst. After the exchange, Terry muttered under his breath, “why can’t we just have segregation?” noting the Constitution’s protections for freedom of association.
Think Progress notes that the man, who was wearing a Rick Santorum sticker, claims to be a "direct descendant" of Jefferson Davis. They caught up with him after the panel, which was ironically titled "Trumping The Race Card."
When asked by ThinkProgress if he’d accept a society where African-Americans were permanently subservient to whites, he said “I’d be fine with that.” He also claimed that African-Americans “should be allowed to vote in Africa,” and that “all the Tea Parties” were concerned with the same racial problems that he was. At one point, a woman challenged him on the Republican Party’s roots, to which Terry responded, “I didn’t know the legacy of the Republican Party included women correcting men in public.”
Here's the clip.

UPDATE: Terry is defending himself on his blog, Shotgun Barrel Straight.
