A federal judge has dismissed nearly all claims California dentist and attorney Orly Taitz brought against President Barack Obama and his administration. This is in connection with a federal lawsuit Taitz filed against Obama, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Burwell and the U.S. Border Patrol, Rio Grande Valley Sector. U.S. District Judge An-drew S. Hanen found the president and other defendants are immune from monetary damages, and are immune from Taitz’s claims they engaged in racketeering. He also dismissed her claim they defamed her character, and he found she lacks standing for her alleged injury as a taxpayer. Taitz had asked Hanen to order authorities not to move undocumented immigrants to other states, or in the alternative, to deport or hold them in quarantine for two months. She claims they spread epidemics of scabies, tuberculosis, measles, whooping cough, swine flu, dengue fever, the Ebola virus and lice.

Batshit crazy birther queen Orly Taitz has filed to run for California Attorney General. If elected she promises to "prosecute state officials who ignored all evidence brought by law enforcement and experts, showing Obama to possess citizenship of Indonesia, fabricated Selective Service certificate, fabricated birth certificate and a CT Social Security number."

She's not the only looney tune in the race.

Attorney General Kamela Harris faces four Republicans, including longtime state legislator Phil Wyman. He proposed that state lawmakers who are found guilty of crimes that endanger the lives of others should face public execution by hanging, firing squad or lethal injection as a deterrent to others. That prompted intraparty criticism by fellow Republican David King. The former San Diego deputy city attorney and regional water quality control board member said Wyman should withdraw from the race.

MISSISSIPPI: Orly Taitz Tries Again

Wackadoodle birther queen Orly Taitz is up to her old tricks, this time in Mississippi.

California lawyer Orley Taitz has brought her national campaign to disqualify President Barack Obama in the November election to Mississippi. Monday, Taitz was in U.S. District Court in Jackson for a hearing before Judge Henry Wingate. Taitz claims Obama should be disqualified because his birth certificate is a fake, and he is using a fake Social Security Number. The hearing included a teleconference with attorneys representing the Democratic Party, who filed a motion to dismiss the suit. Judge Wingate gave Taitz three weeks to serve President Obama, Representative Nancy Pelosi and three Hawaiian officials.

Orly Taitz Loses Senate Primary

Yesterday birther queen Orly Taitz lost her primary bid to become a Senator.

Under California’s new primary system, the top two finishers in a primary from any party advance to the general election. Taitz, running to challenge Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D), was in sixth place with over 60,000 votes just after midnight, with 14 percent of precincts reporting. (Update: with 99 percent of precincts reporting, Taitz was in fifth place with over 113,000 votes.) In an interview with TPM before the polls closed Tuesday night, Taitz said she had momentum in the race, claiming she gained 800 new followers on Twitter and had 1.2 million visits to her Facebook page in the last three days.

It's a pity, really. She's blogging gold.

Supreme Court Upholds Orly Taitz' Fine

Today the Supreme Court refused to block the $20,000 fine imposed on birther loon Orly Taitz for filing frivolous lawsuits claiming that the president was not born in America. Taitz' most recent federal suit contended that officers in the U.S. military are not obliged to obey the orders of Barack Obama because he is not their legitimate commander in chief. Today's ruling was issued by Justice Samuel Alito, who hears cases from the Third Circuit, where Taitz was fined. Taitz has vowed to go to prison rather than pay the fine.

Sadly, birther loon Orly Taitz got fucking hammered yesterday in her bid to become California's Secretary of State so that she could declare Barack Obama ineligible for the 2012 ballot. Taitz garnered only 25% of the vote, losing to 34 year-old former NFL player Damon Dunn, who had never voted until last year. But staying true to her mental illness, Taitz is suing Dunn too, claiming that HE is ineligible to hold office. Cue the men with the nets!

Will Orly Taitz Win Today's Primary?

It looks like birther loon Orly Taitz might actually have a shot at winning today's GOP primary for California Secretary of State. And OH the hilarity that would then be laden upon the rest of the GOP field!

“It’d be a disaster for the Republican party,” says James Lacy, a conservative GOP operative in the state. “Can you imagine if [gubernatorial candidate] Meg Whitman and [candidate for Lt. Gov.] Abel Maldonado — both of whom might have a chance to win in November — had to run with Orly Taitz as secretary of state, who would make her cockamamie issues about Obama’s birth certificate problems at the forefront of her activities?” “There is no Republican candidate for statewide office that would be willing to have her campaign with them,” says Adam Probolsky, a spokesman for the Orange County Republican Party. But longtime California GOP strategist Allan Hoffenblum, who publishes the California Target Book, says a Taitz victory is entirely possible. “It will be a complete embarrassment if she wins, but these things can happen,” he said.

GOP Senate candidates Carly Fiorina and Chuck DeVore have both attempted to distance themselves from Orly and even had her disinvited from a teabagger rally they headlined back in April.

Tea Party organizers in California have disinvited Orly Taitz from their rallies this week because nobody wants to be seen on the same stage with her loony ass.

“We hadn’t done our research,’’ said Bridget Melson, who is organizing the rally in Pleasanton, which has one of the larger Tea Party groups in the states. “When some of the more defamatory comments she was making came out we realized that wasn’t what the Tea Party was about.’’ Taitz, a Laguna Niguel lawyer, has received national attention for her crusade to prove that President Barack Obama was not born in the United States. She has had her lawsuits tossed out of court and was fined …$20,000 for filing frivolous ones. In a phone interview with her Thursday morning, Taitz, who is a candidate in the GOP primary for secretary of state, said she will be at the Pleasanton event and two other Tea Party rallies upstate. “If they won’t let me speak from the stage, I will just be talking to people in the crowd,’’ she said. Taitz added that when she was asked to speak at this event “they were very aware of the fact that I had filed a number of legal actions questioning Obama’s legitimacy.’’

Birther Loon Orly Taitz Files Motion To Join Health Care Reform Suits

All those judgments for filing frivolous lawsuits aren't stopping birther loon Orly Taitz. Now she's filed a motion to intervene in the anti-health care reform suits filed against the feds by numerous state attorneys general. According to Taitz, the health care reform bill is invalid because it was signed by a Kenyan citizen.

"H.R. 3590 was signed into law by Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, who … never proved his legitimacy to the presidency. Therefore the act is invalid, as it was not signed by one legally entitled to sign it." Plaintiffs for the case include attorneys general representing the following states: Florida, South Carolina, Nebraska, Texas, Utah, Louisiana, Alabama, Michigan, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Washington, Idaho and South Carolina. Virginia has filed an independent suit in a separate action. The complaint lists Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis as defendants. "Movant unlike the Attorneys General is a medical provider directly affected by the Act suing Quo Warranto," Taitz' motion states. "Accordingly, there can be no genuine dispute that Dr. Taitz claims a valid interest in the subject matter of the instant action – i.e. whether the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act violates the Commerce Clause."

Orly Taitz Files Suit Against HCR Bill

Birther loon Orly Taitz has filed a suit challenging the constitutionality of the health care reform bill on the grounds that it impedes her right to be a mentally ill dentist.

The challenge comes in the form of an amended complaint in a Birther case in district court in Washington, Taitz v. Obama, that challenges the president's citizenship. Along with raising the specter of death panels and charging that Obama, as an illegitimate president, does not have the right to sign the health bill into law, Taitz writes in the new section of the complaint, titled, "VIOLATION OF COMMERCE CLAUSE AND OF PLAINTIFF'S RIGHTS TO GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT AS A DOCTOR OF DENTAL SURGERY UPON DEFENDANT'S IMMINENT SIGHNING OF THE HEALTH BILL": "Health bill, as being prepared and reconciled, will create an enormous machine of governmental burocracy which will intrude into Plaintiff's practice, will affect her doctor-patient relations, will undermine her Hippocratic oath, will force her to ration medical care and de-facto deny medical care to elderly, whom some committees of burocrats will deem to be too old to receive such care, meaning too old to live." Last week Taitz lost an appeal of a $20,000 judgment for filing frivolous lawsuits.

UPHELD: Orly Taitz' Fine For Being Crazy

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld a $20,000 frivolous lawsuit judgment against birther loon Orly Taitz, who was sanctioned for filing suits intended to prove President Obama is not an American citizen.

Taitz’ appeal stems from a suit filed on behalf of Capt. Connie Rhodes, who argued in September that Barack Obama’s presidency wasn’t legitimate and that she shouldn’t be deployed. U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land dismissed that suit Sept. 16, telling Taitz that she could face sanctions if she ever again filed a “frivolous” suit in his court. Taitz then filed a motion for emergency stay, and Land gave her two weeks to explain why he shouldn’t sanction her $10,000. On the deadline, Taitz, who no longer represented the captain, responded with a motion to recuse Land from the case and a request to extend her deadline. Land denied the motions and sanctioned her $20,000. He later ordered the U.S. Attorney’s Office to collect.

Taitz says the she has no intention of paying the fine. She is looking forward to being jailed as an example of the lengths the Obama administration will do to in order to "suppress the truth."

Fellow Birthers: Orly Taitz Told Us To Lie

Even her fellow birthers are now calling out loony Orly Taitz, saying that she instructed them to lie in court. One of those calling her out is Larry Sinclair, the nutjob who wrote a book claiming he's done cocaine and had sex with the president.

A man claiming to have been Barack Obama’s homosexual lover and another claiming to have Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate say Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz asked them to lie in federal court. [snip] Taitz planned to use the two as witnesses in her effort to prove Obama was born in Kenya and is not a legitimate president. However, the case was dismissed on Oct. 29 by U.S. District Judge David O. Carter without going to trial. In his dismissal, Carter wrote, “the Court has received several sworn affidavits that Taitz asked potential witnesses that she planned to call before this Court to perjure themselves. This Court is deeply concerned that Taitz may have suborned perjury through witnesses she intended to bring before this Court.” The affidavits have not been been made public by Carter. However, in a Nov. 9 motion that criticized Carter’s dismissal of the case, Taitz identifies Larry Sinclair and Lucas Smith as the witnesses she believes filed affidavits saying that she asked them to lie. She denies the accusations and told me she thinks Sinclair and Smith filed the affidavits in response to pressure put on them.
